This home is comprised of the main level with a living room, kitchen, office/den space(with piano & guitar) and 1/2 bathroom. Upper level has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom and 2 more rooms) and two bathrooms. We are renting out the main level and upstairs only. This home has a basement but my husband and I will be staying temporarily in the guest bedroom & family room in the basement (Walk-out basement with a separate entry). We may be out of town part of the week. There is a locked door between upstairs and the basement, so you will have complete privacy. Backyard is spacious and fenced. We are looking for preferably 2-4 quiet people for a comfortable stay in this home during the graduation week. Thank you.
